Refund Policy
When you purchase resume writing services from Your Resume Sucks! you are hiring us for our expertise and you agree to have your resume created according to our methods. We will refund 100% of your fee if you are dissatisfied with the product. For a refund you must submit in writing a refund request within 15 days of delivery of the product.  

Your Privacy Matters to Us
Our privacy policy is simple: no information is shared with or sold to any outside party for any reason whatsoever. You may receive promotional e-mails from Your Resume Sucks! and her sister companies, from which you may opt out at any time.

Client understands that all items purchased are creative products or services. In particular the resume preparation questionnaires are copyrighted proprietary property of Your Resume Sucks!, and are not to be used outside of our services without the express written permission of Your Resume Sucks!.

Legalese
Client agrees to pay Your Resume Sucks! the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for Your Resume Sucks! to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. Your agreement to the contents of this page constitutes a legal agreement. This agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Florida as if executed and fully performed therein.
